Poster Warm Up (No Measure)

-Pick a Row, Run or Skip

-Pick three movements and do 15 reps.

-Vary movements each workout.

-5 min mobility

Metcon (Time)

10 RFT:

10 G2OH w/ KB/DB/Plate

20 Step Ups

30 Sec Wall Squat Hold
-Rounds should take 2-3 Min

-Scale rounds and reps appropriately.

-If using a DB/KB use one. Alt. as you see fit. G2OH can be completed as either clean and press or snatch. If using a plate you will have to go straight G2OH.

-You can break on the wall squats if you need to.
