Metcon (Time)

For Time:

200 Burpees

Every 20 Reps do

12 Air Squats

12 Mountain Climbers

12 Step Ups
-For scaling decrease the number of reps of burpees to 150 and perform 8-10 reps every 15 reps of burpees.

The 20 (or 15) burpees should take 1-1:30 Mins. The other movements should take around 1 Mins.

A round of burpees plus additional movements should take 2-3 Mins.
